Payment Terms
Deposit payment of 50% to be paid at the time of booking to reserve the date, the deposit is non-refundable.
The balance payment for the full amount of the trip is to be made one month before the trip date.
Cancellation Policy
Reserved trips cancelled by the customer more than 14 days from the date of the trip will receive refund of the balance payment. The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation by the customer of reserved trips less than 14 days from the date of the trip are non-refundable.
Insurance and Liability
The trip insurance provided by the operator does not cover personal items belonging to the guests. Lost, stolen or damaged items belonging to guests are not covered by the included trip insurance
Health and Safety
Anyone with the following conditions may not participate in a trip;
- pregnant
- heart disease
- asthma
- spinal problems
Weather Conditions
Weather and/or sea conditions may result in the trip being cancelled at very short notice.
If the trip is cancelled due to weather and/or sea conditions the balance payment amount will be refunded.
If the conditions are acceptable for the trip to go ahead but the customer wishes to cancel due to rain or wind the customer can choose to reschedule the trip to another date within 12 months.
While On Board The Boat
The Captain’s decision is final on all matters relating to the running and operation of the boat.
While onboard all guests will be expected to respect the Captain’s decisions and instructions of the crew.
The health and safety of everyone onboard will always be our primary concern.
